Hotel/Motel and building security is always a top concern for owners, employees and guests. Opportunity for crime is everywhere and if given the chance, criminals will capitalize on it. Any hotel/motel lacking sufficient security presents potential personal risks for its guests and employees. Whether it is theft, breaking and entering of rooms or cars, robbery, crime of violence, car theft at night, criminals will take advantage of any chance or opportunity given to them. ABCO has security officers that are trained in this area.

Hotel/Motel security has special needs that are not present in other situations. Not only do officers have to monitor areas such as parking lots, but lobbies and other areas must be guarded against criminal activity. Guests routinely leave a bag or two behind when checking in, providing an excellent opportunity for someone to grab something and make a quick getaway. You can never be sure that things will go as planned, so having a security officer on duty is always a good strategy.

Our security and protection services can be customized to fit your individual needs. We will meet with you personally and decide what exactly is needed at your business. We will decide how many guards are needed to adequately secure your hotel and keep your guests safe.

Our officers will turn in a report at the end of each shift. The report will outline the activities of their shifts and note any problems that arose. Having a report written will show if there are any problems that we need to concentrate on more than others or certain times that there is more activity and the potential of problems arising.

ABCO will also monitor any residence or property which is seasonal (closed in the winter) or keep an eye on your valuable vacation home investment.
