Electronic Management Reporting System

ABCO Protection Agency utilizes and incorporates modern technology to protect your property and valuable assets. With the Electronic Management Reporting System, "tags" are placed at a location chosen by the client, where our officer would then scan them with a handheld scanning device during his patrol. Patrol checkpoints are automatically validated by this handheld scanning device. The scanning device records and downloads information to our computer and can provide either a simple report or a comprehensive report. We leave it up to the client for placement of scanning tags and also the number of tags wanted / needed at a location. These tags can be scanned through glass, so entry is not always necessary. The scanner must be 3 inches of the checkpoint and can read through any non-metallic material such as wood, concrete and dirt.

The Electronic Management Reporting System records date, time and location. It will also list any problems found at the location.
